I have TurboTax Premier 2023. Is there a way to delete a duplicate 1099-R form? I entered it manually, and then later downloaded it from by financial institution. Thanks!

I'm trying to submit with the duplicate form blank, but it won't let me.  Just looking for a way to delete the duplicate form.

To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

On the 1099-R Summary screen click on the Trash Can symbol for the 1099-R that you want to delete.

Yes, you can delete the form using the instructions below:

You'll need to delete this form 1099-R. 

• If you're using TurboTax Online software and need to delete a form, click here.
• If you're using TurboTax CD\Download software and need to delete a form, click here. 

Alternatively, your can also Search (upper right) > Type 1099r > Click the Jump to... Link > use the Trash can beside the one you want to delete.
