I have TurboTax Home & Business. I used it to file my return (Married Joint with my wife). Can i use this copy to file a separate return for someone else?

Yes, you can. Your download can actually file up to 5 federal returns. 

You will have to pay for the state return when you file the second return. The product only comes with one state included.

Yes the Desktop CD/Download program can do unlimited returns and efile 5 Federal for free.  You get 1 free state program download to prepare unlimited state returns.  Then each state return including the first one is 24.99 to efile.  Or you can print and mail state for free.
