I have tried entering w2s from two different employers. Both of them say they are invalid. One of the employers was accepted last year but not this year.

Are you receiving a message the control number entered in box d of the W-2 is invalid?  If so, delete the control number as it is not needed to file a tax return.  

If the problem persists then delete the W-2 and re-enter omitting the control number in box d.
