I have tried deleting K-1 multiple times but it doesn't work. it keeps coming back and I can't submit my return. What next? Please DON'T point me to links on turbotax.

What is it that I am not doing? Here are the screenshots . Where is 'Delete' button'?

I don't see your screenshots.  What screen are you on?  "Tell us about your K-1s" or  the "S-Corp K-1 Summary"?

To delete the K-1, you also have to delete the triggers that cause it to reappear.  To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Click on Federal > Wages & Income 
2. Under S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts click on the Update box next to Schedule K-1. 
3. On the Tell Us About Your Schedules K-1 screen, click on the Update box next to the type of K-1 you want to delete.
4. On the Partnership [SCorp/Estate-Trust] Summary, click Delete next to the K-1 entered.   
5. Confirm the deletion on the next screen.
6. You will be brought back to the Partnership [SCorp/Estate-Trust] Summary screen, click the Done box.
