I have to submit my tax return with w2 and foreign earned income together but could not efile it says print and file through mail? any clue why to mail my return?

there should be a rejection code(s) if you attempted to efile and it was rejected.   what is(are) it (they)..

Thank you sir, there was no rejection note whereas there was green box down RETRY
