I have to file my state return by mail but believe I can e-File my Federal. However, the program won't let me eFile Fed and mail State- it keeps cycling through ID page

I ran into the same problem. The resolution was I had to change the filing to "by mail" for both state and federal. That allowed me to access and print the PDF files.
