TurboTax does not support tax year 2015.  You can use a local tax professional to assist you with the 2015 tax return.  Or you can use the free federal tax return forms and schedules from this IRS website - https://apps.irs.gov/app/picklist/list/priorFormPublication.html

To complete and file a 2016 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2016 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2016 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

Prior year returns can only be printed and mailed. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.

And mail each year in a separate envelope.
