I have to do 7 returns. Can I download a second copy of turbotax on my pc?

No. The e-file limit of five federal returns is an IRS limit. You cannot get around that limit by installing a second CD. If you have more than five family members etc to prepare returns for, the additional returns have to be printed, signed and mailed.
