No, you would not enter both of them into your return.
Most likely you need to only enter the reissued W-2. Normally, when something happens and a company has to reissue W-2s that have already been sent to their employees, they will send an explanation to the employee explaining why it was reissued. If you did not get that explanation, you should contact your payroll department so that you understand why the W-2 was reissued and to be certain that the reissued copy is the one you should report on your tax return.
