I have the 2020 Turbotax CD with the license code, but my new computer does not have a cd drive, how can I download the software to the new computer?

You go here and follow the steps in the link below.......( the instructions "should have" been in your CD package...but who knows):

Did you already install the CD on another computer? There is a problem if you first installed the CD. It doesn't connect you to an account you can find. You have to call in and ask for the download and a new License Code. Hopefully you get a customer service person who knows about it.
