I have submitted 3 returns in 2020 and i want to add 1 more but it is wanting to charge me again. I should have a total of 4 free.

2020? TurboTax no longer supports 2020 software, nor does it provide updates for 2020. And, it is too late to file or amend a 2020 tax return to seek a better refund. Any 2020 refund has now been forfeited.
