I have scanned and put 3 different copies of Form 8453-S on desktop and the software still cannot locate it. HELP

After you scan the form, rename the file something like "2018 8453-S signed" and save it to your TurboTax folder. 

Upload the file from that folder and attach it to your return.

In TurboTax Business software that we download on our computer, where do we upload the signed Form 8453-s? When I did a print preview, my instruction sheet says I have signed Form 8453-s and uploaded it to the  electronic file. I have not signed anything, nor has it asked me to print and sign anything! 1. Why is is saying I did when that is completely false? 2. How do I attach a file, I see no attachment button or paperclip icon anywhere. Please help!
