I have Reject Code F8962-070 but no information on how to fix it or where to go, TurboTax can’t even find its own reject code, what can I do?

i don’t have entries to any of those forms

I don’t have marketplace insurance, I don’t have any form, that doesn’t apply to me and as many times as I’ve tried to fix it with the specialist on here they has told me two different things so I don’t know what to do
