I have received my pension from Brazilian Air Force and my government imposed 25% of taxes in my country. It is not salary or self employment. How can fill out it?

(a) this is for 2025 or are you dealing with 2024 ?

(b) Are you a US person ( citizen/GreenCard/ Resident for tax purposes -- work visa )?

(c) since Brazil has no tax treaty in effect with US, you pretty much have to report all your world earnings for US taxation --- any comments ?

(d) generally pensions are reported as if you had received  a 1099-R i.e. the same information is required but not actually using a form 1099-R -- does this make sense ?
