i have questions about "overtime fees"

If you received overtime pay during the year then after you have entered your W2 into TurboTax there will be a list of things that the system wants to review about your W2.  One of the first things on that list is 'overtime'.  Tick the little box next to that and the system will ask you questions about your overtime rate and how much you received for the year.  That amount is not taxable.

To be clear, the amount that is not taxable is the 'half'.  Overtime is paid at your regular rate PLUS half your regular rate, often referred to as 'time and a half'.  The half is what is not taxable.

Many employers are including overtime amounts in box 14 of their employees W2s for this year but if yours did not then you should be able to find your total overtime pay if you get your last pay stub for 2025.
