You can contact us and we can provide you with a download for the product that you purchased. If you log into your TurboTax online account and press the Contact button in the upper right corner of your screen. Phrase your question stating that you purchased the product and need a download. The agent who contacts you will be able to provide you with a download of the product at no extra cost.
