I have purchased 2021 Turbotax delux to file federal and state tax returns. I downloaded the desktop version for 2021. I am not at all satisified with desktop purchase.

You do realize that you cannot use the online program for a 2021 return?   Online is only for 2022.   So if you cannot/ do not want to use the CD/download for 2021 you will need to seek help or software elsewhere.

How is it not working  for you?  Did you get it installed ok and activated with the 14 or 16 digit License Code?  Do you want to transfer from 2020?  The Desktop program should be easier than the Online browser version and has more features.  We can probably help you get it filled out.  You will have to print and mail the returns.  What version did you buy?  Home & Business does work a little different.
