I have prior year tax transcripts from 2019 to be filed

i need to claim my refund on my 2019 tax return. i have the transcript and would like for an expert on here to do the work for me so i dont buy the software and not know how to file the 2019 transcript

Sadly TT doesn't support LIVE services for a 2019 return ... seek local tax help at a brick and mortar store near you if you do not wish to purchase the downloaded version and try it yourself with the limited info on the transcript. FYI ... if you need to file a state return as well that state info is not on the federal transcript at all ... you need to get that from either your state or a copy of the actual W-2 form from the SS administration.
