I have paid for my tax return for 2023 on turbotax. i just set up an intuit account to download my 1099. now i cant get into my turbotax account. HELP

Are you using the Desktop program or the Online version?  You don't need to set up an account to import  your 1099.  You do need an account to install the Desktop program this year.
