You keep writing 1062-  

What does that mean?  You paid 1062?  Is it a dollar amount like $1,062?  If so, what does paying $1,062 to a bank have to do with your tax return or your tax refund?

A W-2 is the form that you received from your employer and you enter the information from the W-2 on your tax return.

Have you filed your tax return?  Is it being rejected?  What exactly is the problem you are having?
