I have one business, one income property llc, and my personal taxes. Can I use TT for all three?

You can, but you will have to use 2 different versions.  You will file a Form 1065 for your Partnership and can do that using TurboTax Business which is only available in CD/download.  Your property LLC can be filed on your personal tax returns (Form 1040) if it is a single-member LLC and files as a disregarded entity.  This can be done, along with all your personal tax information, on either TurboTax Online Self-Employed or TurboTax Home and Business (CD/download).

The LLC is a multi-member company. Would I then need 2 copies of TT business disks, and one online for my personal?

No, you can file multiple Form 1065 returns within 1 copy of TurboTax Business.  Each company would have its own file to access within the software with its own information saved there.
