Was this a purchase off of the TurboTax website, or are you an Advantage customer with an annual subscription?

Did the charge show up on your card statement?

Is anything showing with this order status tool?

If you are an Advantage customer with an annual subscription and your card was charged, even if you ordered a CD, there should be a complimentary download in your account at his link:
https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/

Otherwise,  here's how to talk to Customer Support.   Use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number.  Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure to indicate "CD/download" and the edition, so you are referred correctly.
