If you had no income of any kind in 2023 there is no need to file a 2023 tax return.
Unless you had State Marketplace health insurance and received a Form 1095-A then you need to file a federal tax return.

I believe Americans look after each other, considering I’ve became disabled and have not been able to work does affect my taxes. Is there any type of program or something that could help me out during threes hard times?
Currently, there are no federal tax credits that you can get if you do not have earned income. Some states do have things like renters credits and rebates, but that varies by state and how you claim them also varies based on the state.
