I have no taxes and yall charged me extra to take out my taxes instead oc the free that i chose and yall still took it out my card and charged the extra fee

If you file a tax return that claims a refund, and you want to pay your Turbotax user fees from your refund, that costs an extra $40 service charge.  You also agree to pay that service charge and the Turbotax fees even if the IRS delays or denies your refund, because you still owe for the program and turbotax has no control over delays at the IRS.

You must have entered something that required a higher paid version.  The Free Edition is for very simple returns like only W2 income.  Did you have any investment income?  Looks like you upgraded to Premier.

Next year ask us before you upgrade and we can give you another Free program that has more forms.
