I have no other email linked accounts and its telling me I didnt file with turbo tax, but I know I damn well did and I bought it from costco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you used a CD or downloaded desktop software to your own computer then the tax files are only stored on your own hard drive. They are not stored online.
