I have my 2017 return almost complete but still need to file both my federal and state taxes. I only need to add the injured spouse form to it before i file.

To file an injured spouse go to...
Federal Taxes or Personal (for H&B version)
Other Tax Situations
Other Tax Forms
Miscellaneous Tax Forms - click the Start or Update button
7th item, Report an injured or innocent spouse claim

And I hope you are using the 2017 Downloaded program and not the 2018 Online one you are posting from .... if not you have big troubles ... do not try to efile the 2017 return it must be mailed.

I am trying to figure out how to download the 2017 program without paying extra for it. I purchased it already at the end of 2018.
