I have attached a snippet of a sample 2020 Form 1040 and highlighted line 11 where you can find this information form. In the image below, please refer to the highlighted line 11.

If you have lines 11a and 11b on your Form 1040, you are looking at a 2019 Form 1040, not 2020. Check the year at the very top of the form, in the center.
