I have multiple 1095-A's that I didn't file and need to mail in with an 8962. Do I file a new 8962 per 1095-A? Or can I file both 1095-A's on one 8962?

You will need to report all of your Form 1095-As on one Form 8962.  The form won't calculate the correct amounts if you don't include all of the information from all of your forms.  After you enter your first Form 1095-A, TurboTax will prompt you to "add another" (don't combine them all into one entry).
