I have Medicare, why do I have to have Health Insurance and why am I penalized?

In the Health Insurance section, indicate that you 'had health insurance all year' (see attached screenshot).

On the next screen, answer NO to the question 'did you have any of these types of insurance?'

That's all you need to do.. you don't have to enter any information about Medicare.

Continue until you reach 'Done With Health'.
