I have made three installment payments for my 2017 Taxes in 2017. Where do I enter this amount.

Installments payments for your 2017 taxes go in the Estimated Taxes sections.

Make sure you are logged into your account
Click Federal on the left tab
Click Deductions and Credits on the top tab
Scroll down until you get to the sections titled, "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid"
This is the section that where you will enter your installment payments.
