What state are you in, and what is the locality? The procedures are different for different places.

I live in Pennsylvania and montgomery county. Last 2 year, I remember posting with my local tax documents(provided by HR block). But I did not get any document from turbotax for local tax return. So wondering if I have to do it separately ?
