I have Grandson a total of three months a year. Daughter gets SSI, doesn't file taxes or claim him. Can I claim him as dependent?

Yes, you can claim your grandson if you provided more than half of his total support for 2016 and you meet all of the other requirements. Additionally, you might also qualify to claim your daughter as a dependent.
