I HAVE GOTTEN A DIVORCE THIS YEAR AND MY HUSBAND'S NAME IS STILL SHOWING AS THE PRIMARY PERSON ON THIS ACCOUNT. HOW CAN I CHANGE THAT AS I WILL BE KEEPING THIS ACCOUNT.

It would be better if you would start a new account with only your name. Trying to use an account that was previously used for a joint return will be too messy. It is hard to remove everything that might transfer over from a joint return. You can use the same email address, but start a new account with a new user ID. You will be filing either single or Head of Household (if you have the dependents living with you.).

Sorry, You both need to set up new accounts and not transfer from 2016. You can't delete the other spouse from it properly.
