All of the W-2's will need to go on the same return. So if you file those 3 now, you will have to amend the return after the IRS accepts and you've received the refund, to add the 4th one. Or you can file an extension now and wait until you get the 4th one and file them all at once that way.
You can go here https://turbotax.intuit.com/irs-tax-extensions/ to file a federal extension for your 2016 return. Keep in mind, filing an extension gives you until October 16 to file, but it doesn't give you until October to pay your taxes, if you owe. Those are still due by midnight, April 18.
