I have form1099-interest income. federal income tax was withheld. where do i report?

To enter your 1099-INT interest form:

Type 1099-int in the search box and click search.
Click on Jump to 1099-int.
On the landing screen, click on I'll type it in myself.
If your 1099-INT form has amounts in more than just box 1, check the box My form has info in more than just box 1. See the screenshot below.
Enter your 1099-INT form including Box 4 Federal income tax w/h and continue.
