If the amendment is a minor change (regardless of the dollar amount), it would be far easier to amend using fillable forms downloaded from the IRS.

Use the IRS fill in forms 1040X & the 8606 to add that form to your return ... don't bother with the TT program.
Ideally you should go back to who did it and they should amend it for free if it was their error. To amend a return you did somewhere else or you don't have the original .tax file, you would first have to fill out Turbo Tax like you are doing the original return and pay for it. You have to recreate the actual wrong original return. Then when it matches each line that you really filed you have to tell Turbo Tax you will mail it so it thinks it was filed. Then you can amend it.
You would have to buy the 2021 Desktop program here. You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install it on. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Thank you for the clarification. So in 2022, I contributed my after tax money 6k to IRA account for year 2021. But I missed to file 8606 in my 2021 tax filling so there is no change in dollar amount as part of the amendment, it is just additional information that I need to send.
