I have filed my federal taxes yesterday. But it says I cannot e-file state taxes ? But I have already paid for this service . When will I be able to e-file states taxes.

Some of your state forms aren't available yet, so your state return hasn't been finished. After you've worked on your state taxes, click Review (upper right) to see the status of the state tax forms. You can click Email me when the forms are ready so you'll know when to come back and complete your state tax return. (Click the screenshot below for reference.)

The FAQ below shows when forms will be ready for the different states.
