I have filed form 8332 every year since my divorce. But what do I do now that my ex husband (child's father) is now deceased? Do I still have to file a 8332?

No, if your ex-husband is now deceased, you will not need to file a Form 8332.

When you are the Custodial parent, Form 8332, is used to give the Non-Custodial Parent permission to claim the child.  Now that your ex-husband has passed away, you will be the one to claim your child.
