I have existing account with you, if now filing separate, can I get my husband's info off or do I need new account?

f your spouse was listed first on the return, you will not be able to remove him.  You will have to create a new account to complete your taxes.  If not, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on "Personal Info"
2. Click on "You & Your Family"
3. If you are the primary person, click "Edit" next to your name and click through until you get to the "Relationship Status" and make sure divorced or married filing separately, whichever better suits you better.
