I have entered the correct Adjusted Gross Income but it still continues to get rejected. I paper filed in 2019 and the IRS still has not processed it. Can I get help?

Use zero as AGI. Answer the questions about the stimulus wen doing the return to get tee payments.

Enter 0 for the AGI since you mailed 2019 return and they are not done with it.

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
