I have enter SA-1099 for my wife and myself. I have 5 other SA-1099 for each of my kids 16, 10,9,7,and 5 they are addressed my wife for specific child. What should I do?

You do not enter the SSA1099's for your children on your own tax return. Unless the kids have any other income, you do not enter them anywhere. If your teenager had a job and had some income, his SSA1099 needs to go on his own tax return.
