I have efiled for North Carolina and made payment to department of revenue, do I need to mail in anything? If so to what address?

If by "made payment" you are doing Direct Debit and paying the amount due from your bank account, no, you don't need to do anything more.

If you "made payment" you went on the N.C. Department of Revenue website and made a payment, no, you don't need to do anything more.
