I have deductions for my current job but I am not self employed that I need to apply but it will not let me. How do I?

If the un-reimbursed expenses are from your job (you receive wages on a W2), these would be entered on a Schedule A Itemized Deductions and combined with other itemizations (subject to 2% rule). TurboTax will walk you through entering this information. See link below that explains how to enter into TurboTax:
