I have bitcoin gains to report. Do I buy Deluxe or Premier edition of TurboTax?

The Deluxe version will work just fine since you are using the Downloaded/CD version ... up grade to the Premier version only  if you find you need more guidance but the deluxe has all the same forms in it as the Premier does.

You will need to purchase the Premiere and enter as an Investment.
