I have been using the desktop version every since 1998 and now that the Tax Cut and Jobs Act has been passed, how will that effect this version for the 2018 tax filing?

Also I import financial data from Quicken.

This season, called the 2018 filing season, is actually on your 2017 tax return. The great majority of the changes found in the Tax Cut and Jobs Act took effect on January 1, 2018, hence do not apply to tax year 2017 (the return you are doing now).

The only exception that I can think is that the bill changed the floor for the medical expense deduction on Schedule A to 7.5% for all taxpayers for 2017 and 2018 (it was 10% for taxpayers under 65 prior to this). This has already been implemented in TurboTax.
