Are you trying to use the Online web version or did you buy the Desktop CD/Download program?   Did you download it and get it installed?   Where are you getting stuck?

You only need to insert the 2021 CD in the CD drive or download the 2021 installation file, install and start the TurboTax software on you personal computer.  You will need the license code during the installation.  When installed just follow the Step-by-Step interview to start the 2021 tax return.

TurboTax doesn't assemble your tax documents for you. or email them.

That's your job.

Many documents are not available until February.

Come back and try again at that time.

"Everything" you need will include your income documents like your W-2's and any of the over a dozen kinds of 1099's that will not be issued until late January/early February by employers, businesses and financial institutions.   You will need to carefully accumulate those items as they arrive in your mailbox, or know the accounts and user ID's in order to import them.  And you might also need to collect your mortgage and property tax information, your medical bills, etc. etc. etc.
