If you are degree seeking, you can answer yes to that question. @xmasbaby0 is correct, we are not sure what screen you are seeing.

Be careful to answer according to your circumstances. You would not be eligible for the American Opportunity Tax Credit, which is only available for the first four years of full-time education following graduating from high school.

You may qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit.
