I have been falsly charged. How do you pay me back for your error?

TurboTax has charged my credit card for something I didn’t buy. I thought my download was free because I got an email with $0 due on it.  Please see the confirmation emails I received, below & please return my money.

Please contact TurboTax Customer Support during business hours for assistance.  Use the information below to contact Support.  A Support agent will be happy to assist you.  NOTE:  When entering your subject matter, don't use the word "refund".  Instead, use the words "billing issue".
