I have been charged twice for turbo tax

If you are completing and filing a state tax return there is an additional charge of $40 for the state return.

 

All billing issues have to be addressed by TurboTax support.

Enter billing issues as the problem on the contact website.

Support is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

I ordered an Ohio Partnership Return in error.  How do I get the charge removed?
