Where are you seeing this unknown charge?
If it’s in your bank account or credit card what is the description on it? Were the Turbo Tax fees suppose to be deducted from your refund?
How to review your fees
In my checking account
No I already checked that page and the amount that was deducted does not show up there, I also use the search for a charge tool and it says it can’t be found. I filed my taxes back in January but the charge came through in April. it shows up on the account as INTUIT TURBOTAX then a bunch of letters and numbers.
How did you pay your TurboTax product fees in January? Did you pay by credit card or debit card, or did you choose to pay the fees out of your tax refund? And have you received the tax refund, or was it delayed an unusually long period of time? If you chose to pay fees out of your refund, and the refund is delayed, TurboTax would ultimately want to be paid, so they auto-debit one's bank account, but they supposedly send emails first. Don't know if that's what happened to you, but it's just a possible situation for some.
Or instead of a user forum, where nothing account-specific can be addressed, you can always just phone TurboTax Support and ask them what the charge was for. If a robot tries to triage you, just say something like "speak to an agent about a billing issue."
